What a beautiful event our Art Show/Competition was last Friday! Our students did an amazing job with their art work. Thank you to all our staff and students and a special thanks to Ms. Bustinza, Mrs. Ibarra, Mrs. Salcido, Mrs. Symanski, and Mrs. Pam Stevenson. Our winners received cash prizes and ribbons. We also had everyone vote on their favorite works and named the Fan Favorite winners.

Spirit Week comes to an end and what a week it was! The Hot Wing challenge was so much fun 😂 Thank you Ms. Starbuck and all our Leadership students. Our basketball team finished off the season with a great game. Thank you Coach Coats. We finished the week with a Make Up Designs session where students learned about self-care, skin care, collaboration, careers, and make up tips. Thank you to Mrs. Bustinza, Mrs. Garcia, Ms. Karina and Ms. Cabrera for putting this event together. Everyone have a great weekend 😊👍❤️

La Semana del Espíritu llega a su fin y ¡qué semana fue! El desafío Hot Wing fue muy divertido 😂 Gracias Sra. Starbuck y todos nuestros estudiantes de Liderazgo. Nuestro equipo de baloncesto terminó la temporada con un gran partido. Gracias Coach Coats. Terminamos la semana con una sesión de Diseños de maquillaje donde los estudiantes aprendieron sobre cuidado personal, cuidado de la piel, colaboración, carreras y consejos de maquillaje. Gracias a la Sra. Bustinza, la Sra. García, la Sra. Karina y la Sra. Cabrera por organizar este evento. Que todos tengan un gran fin de semana

Our students are working hard to complete their art work for our art competition and art show next week. A special thanks to Pam Stephenson for helping our students put their ideas into action and for leading some fun art activities. We are looking forward to an amazing art show!

What an amazing week at Heartland! Our first cohort of students taking their first college course submitted their assignments for this week 🤓We are so very proud of them! Our basketball teams amazed us all with their energy and determination on the court and our leadership students made it clear that we support our teams. You make us proud! ❤️
