Happy festival weekend!! Our festival is on Sunday!!!

Booth set up and completion of dining room and firing range areas begins at 9:00am on Saturday morning. We would love any and all volunteers to help make this process go quickly!

Pies, cakes and other donations for gift card booth, country store, kids games, etc. can be dropped off from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. (We will be there earlier too if that is more convenient.)

We also invite all of our Sunday volunteers to celebrate mass together on Saturday evening at 4:30 so we can be all hands on deck for Sunday morning festival day!!!

Any parishioners still interested in volunteering at the festival? We have several areas still needing people! WE REALLY NEED YOU!!!

Jar booth: 1 person in afternoon

Kids zone: 2 afternoon volunteers

Money/token collector: 1 person in afternoon

Sport booth: need 1 volunteer in morning

Buffet line support : 1 volunteer in the afternoon

Coke & Candy booth: 1 morning volunteer

Raffle sales: 1 afternoon volunteer

The Superfecta package includes the use of a Private Jockey Club Suite including twenty-four (24) admission tickets* and twenty-four (24) racing programs.

This total raffle prize is valued at over $1,100!!

Raffle tickets for this bundle can be purchased for $5 each at the festival on Sunday October 6th!!

*Please note: The Superfecta package may be used anytime during the 2024-2025 racing season based on availability and with the exceptions of: Derby Week (Opening Night - Thurby), Oaks and Derby Days, Mother’s Day, Preakness Day, Belmont Day, Father's Day, All Night Racing Dates; Breeders’ Cup days and Thanksgiving weekend. Here’s an exciting update to our annual grill raffle at the Turkey Shoot: This year the St. John Paul II Men’s Club has generously donated a 4-Burner Liquid Propane Outdoor Griddle with Hood in Black!
