Congratulations to Management and Marketing double major Sam Netzley ’26 for accepting a position as an Email Marketing Associate for Scandinavian To***co Group in Bethlehem, PA. In this role, he will be working directly alongside the Email Marketing Team at the to create, manage, and optimize email campaigns that drive sales for the company's retail and e-commerce businesses. While campus may be quieter during the summer, we're looking back on some of the moments that make the Sigmund Weis School of Business special. We can't wait to welcome students back this fall!

Associate Professor of Economics, Katarina Keller, recently published her article, “The Economic Effects of Gender Parity in Education,” in Economics Bulletin. In the article, Dr. Keller explores the relationship between gender parity in education and economic outcomes, highlighting how equal access to education can contribute to long-term economic growth and development. Her research emphasizes the broader societal and economic benefits of educational equality and provides valuable insights into the role education plays in fostering prosperity.

The Eric Stein Fund continues to create international internship opportunities for SWSB students around the world. Since its creation, more than 60 students have gained valuable global work experience, and each year the fund helps students develop professional skills, cultural awareness, and a broader perspective on today's interconnected business environment.

Congratulations to Finance major (Risk Management minor) Cooper Rowe ’28 for accepting an internship with AXA XL in Exton, PA! As a Casualty Claims Intern, he will be assisting with analyzing liability claims, reviewing policy coverage, and researching legal issues. Congrats Cooper!

As National President, she will represent not only our university, but thousands of FBLA members across the country.

Congratulations to Accounting major (Entrepreneurship and Innovation minor) Taylor Hadley ’28 for accepting an internship with Brown Plus in Camp Hill, PA! As an Audit Intern, she will be working with a team to help audit local government and not-for-profit organizations. Congrats Taylor!

Congratulations to Finance and Management double major Jenna Roush ’27 for accepting an internship with AXA XL in Exton, PA! As an Underwriting Operations Specialty Intern, she’ll gain hands-on experience in underwriting operations within the specialty insurance space, supporting cross-functional projects and analyzing data that drives business decisions. Jenna will also collaborate with industry professionals to understand complex risks, contribute to team initiatives, and present insights to senior leaders. Congrats Jenna!
