Selinsgrove Alumni Association

Fellow Selinsgrove Area High School Alumni and Friends,

As a graduate and life-long member of the Selinsgrove Community, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become part of a group of individuals who are embarking on an exciting endeavor intended to improve and enhance the prestige and tradition of the Selinsgrove Area School District. The project we are embarking upon is the

creation of a Selinsgrove Area High School Alumni Association. Upon formation of the group, the Alumni Association objectives will be as follows:

1. Build friendship and cooperation among alumni of Selinsgrove Area High School,
2. Help alumni maintain contact with each other and with the Selinsgrove Area High School and community
3. Assist graduating classes as they prepare for reunions.
4. Host community and school based events providing all alumni an opportunity to reconnect with each other and the area.
5. Encourage alumni support of the district’s educational, cultural, and athletic programs through monetary and in-kind donations to the Selinsgrove Area School District through the Alumni Association. The formation of an Alumni Association has been attempted and discussed at various levels and times over the years but unfortunately did not come to fruition. Just recently a group of interested persons, who have been meeting regularly, adopted By-Laws and formed the “official” organization that can begin to accept members and promote the five (5) objectives listed above. Over the coming spring and summer months we will be recruiting both alumni willing to assist in the formation of the Alumni Association as well as alumni and friends looking to become part of this groundbreaking initiative. If you desire to become a landmark member either as an alumni or friend, the one-time payment for a life time membership is $25.00 per individual or $40.00 per couple. Checks should be made out to the Selinsgrove Area High School Alumni Association.
