Dress rehearsal! The Susquehanna Department of Theatre presents the comedy The Lion in Winter by acclaimed playwright James Goldman, opening Friday April 24 at 7:30 PM and performing again Saturday April 25 at 7:30 PM and Sunday April 26 at 2:30 PM. This production is a faculty recital for acting & directing professor, Dr. Kevin Crowe, playing Henry II with a cast of accomplished Theatre students. Historical figures Richard Lionheart, Prince John, Eleanor of Aquitaine, and the great Plantagenet king Henry II come to life in this fast-paced, witty tale of rivalry, bloodthirsty plots, and ill-fated romance.
