A small schedule update for first-year honors students. Your schedules are being carefully hand-picked, but some scheduling conflicts mean you may not get your first choice for Thought.

The Sophomores in the Colloquium will be examining the use of the color red in film through “Cries and Whispers.”

There are a few exciting events upcoming for prospective students! Join us on Zoom to hear from some of our professors. You can choose which event is most interesting to you. Zoom link and more info to come in an email!

Tonight the Sophomores will be learning more about how hemophilia affects people. In event 1 this semester, they learned about hemophilia, but this event will look at the poetry and writings of Tom Andrews and his reflections on hemophilia.

Join us on Thursday, March 18th to hear about the Honors Program from faculty and current students. There will be an interactive Q & A session as well. Link to register was sent in an email.

Event 2 of the Sophomore Colloquium is tonight! The students will be learning about trials involving race in the 19th century and how blood is or is not connected.

This week is the first Sophomore Colloquium event of this semester! This Thursday, the Sophomores will hear from a Mayo Clinic doctor on the topic of hematology.
