Tai-Zen is designed for individuals that do not like fighting, yet do not like being abused. This is not a sport.
If you would like to gain the ability to protect yourself from harassment or assault, we have exactly what you are looking for. Tai-Zen is non-competitive and is geared towards those that are seeking a reality based self-defense system which is straight forward and effective.
