Day 2 of the 7-Day Manifestation Reset ✨

Yesterday, you observed your thoughts.

Today, notice your emotions.

Every emotion begins with a thought, whether you’re aware of it or not. Your feelings can offer clues about the stories you’ve been repeating in your mind.

When you notice yourself feeling anxious, discouraged, joyful, or peaceful, pause and ask:

💭 “What was I just thinking?”

This simple question helps you recognize the connection between your inner dialogue and your emotional state. Once you recognize the pattern, you can begin choosing thoughts that support the life you’re trying to create.

✨ Today’s Challenge:
Three times today, pause when a strong emotion comes up and ask:
“What thought led me here?”

Tomorrow we’ll explore how your emotional state influences the energy you bring into each day.

💬 Comment “I’M AWARE” if you’re following along with the series.

Day 1 of my 7-Day Manifestation Reset ✨

Before you can change your life, you have to become aware of the conversation happening inside your own mind.

Your thoughts shape your emotions.
Your emotions influence your energy.
Your energy affects the way you respond to life, the opportunities you notice, and the way people experience you.

Today’s challenge is simple:

✨ Spend one day observing your thoughts without judging them.

Each time you catch yourself thinking something negative, fearful, or limiting, simply pause and ask:

“Is this thought creating the future I actually want?”

Awareness is where every transformation begins.

Tomorrow we’ll learn how those thoughts become emotions… and why emotion is the fuel behind manifestation.

Follow and share with a friend.❤️🌹

⚡️⚡️Share your manifesting wins this week in the comments.🔆🔆🔆
💬 Comment “AWARE” if you’re joining me for all 7 days.

Manifestation isn’t about wishing harder. It’s about aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with the life you want to create. Which of these three mistakes have you caught yourself making? Let me know in the comments. ✨

This was Daisy‘s last run of the competition. She did so great. It’s not easy, especially when you’re up at 6 AM. What a great job everybody did. So much fun.
