Many people feel overwhelmed by work, family, social and other responsibilities. With barely enough time to do everything that has to be done, how can you find time to continue learning? The answer is to make time.

- Auto University: How much time do you spend in your car every day? Use the time to listen to audio books. Some libraries even have apps that allow you to “borrow” audio books on your smartphone.

- Exercise University: Listen to audiobooks while running or biking; read or watch educational programs while using a treadmill or other cardio machine.

- Waiting University: Always have a book with you or loaded on your smartphone available to study while waiting for car repairs, at the DMV, or to pick up the kids from school.

- Jobbing University: With your supervisor’s permission, study during downtime at work.
