Being a mom is the most beautiful gift, but it can also feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming at times. Mental health for moms is so important to me, and that’s why I created Breathe & Be: Moms with Babies. 💛

Every Wednesday evening, the barn is open just for you and your little one (under 12 months). A gentle space where you don’t need to “do” anything — you can simply be.

There’s something powerful about being around the horses and mules. They help us breathe deeper, slow down, and feel grounded again. The barn offers a kind of peace you can’t find anywhere else, and I want every mom to experience that. 🌿🐴
