Mighty Minis Wrestling – Intro to the Mat!

Get your little one started in wrestling with Mighty Minis Wrestling, a fun and engaging program through Selah Parks & Rec! Designed just for 3 & 4-year-olds, this beginner-friendly program introduces kids to the fundamentals of wrestling in a no-pressure, light-contact environment.

🀼 Focus on balance, coordination, and basic skills.
πŸ•’ Six 40-minute sessions to build confidence on the mat.

This is the perfect opportunity for young wrestlers to get comfortable with the sport while having a great time with friends!
