Our Seguin High School Cross Country teams represented our school well at today’s district meet! Both teams are headed to REGIONALS! 🎉

🏆 Girls Team: 3rd Place — Regional Qualifiers!

🏆 Boys Team: 2nd Place — Regional Qualifiers! The boys finished just 2 points shy of the district title!

🏅 Adrian Rangel — District Champion!
🏅 Braden Henley — 3rd Place
🏅 Noah King— 10th Place

Girls:
🏅 Audrina Cardenas — 11th Place
🏅 Jules Golly — 14th Place

We are proud of the hard work, determination, and Matador pride these athletes continue to show. Congratulations to both teams and our individual medalists! Best of luck as you move on to regionals! 💛🖤

Students in Mrs. Prochnow's Astronomy class participated in an investigation lab focused on exoplanets and the vastness of space. Through hands-on exploration, students examined exoplanets from different perspectives to model how scientists observe and understand the scale, size, and distances of stars and galaxies.

Learning about the universe takes curiosity, investigation, and a willingness to think BIG! 🌌

Our district librarian, Jackie Silvius, recently guided our Dual Credit U.S. History students through navigating library resources as they work on their research papers. These skills help students locate reliable sources, strengthen their research, and prepare for college-level work.
