Blessings Rose 🌹 sisters,

I’m inspired to connect with you today and speak into frequency. And if you are and have been in the field of spirituality, healing, esoteric teachings, & mysticism, this message is for you.

To simplify and demystify frequency, let’s take a moment to be present with ourselves, to be present in the frequency in which we are currently embodying and become very honest with ourselves in asking....

✨Is this the frequency that I desire in my body today?

Before I move on, I want to share with you that my first spiritual teacher, over a decade ago, was Caroline Myss. Some of you may be familiar with her recordings.

She goes as far back as having tapes and CDs before the internet was able to highlight her work.

Caroline Myss introduced me to the chakra system, to our energy centers, in a way that was grounded in logic, science, with a mystical tone that spoke to my soul.

And I remember her saying that all illness and dis-ease within the body is a byproduct of mismanaged energy, also known as giving our power away. I invite you to take that in for a moment...

✨Mismanaged energy.

So now, returning to frequency, the frequency in which we are allowing our bodies to hold becomes an opportunity to empower ourselves and create space where we can reflect....

✨Where am I mismanaging my energy? ✨Where am I mismanaging my power?

This could be through conversations. Through belief systems. Through the environment in which we live, breathe, and work. Through the communities and circles that we choose to show up to. Through the foods that we put inside of our body.

And from there, we'll have the consciousness to begin managing that frequency into a state of being that is appropriate for what we truly desire. And this most likely looked different 10 days ago, 10 years ago. And will look different 10 years from now.
