Marshall Public Schools is excited to announce that FinalForms is now available for all students in grades 7–12 participating in athletics and activities.
Over the past several weeks, our High School coaches have been using FinalForms with fall sports families to help us launch the system and work through any initial questions. We're excited to now open the platform to all secondary students.
FinalForms is our new online registration system that allows families to:
• Complete and sign athletic and activity forms online
• Upload required physical documentation
• Update information anytime throughout the year
• Save time by carrying information forward from season to season and year to year
Important: Both a parent/guardian and the student must create accounts and complete all required forms before a student can be cleared to participate.
Families can access FinalForms from any phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. We understand not every student has a personal cell phone, and that's okay. Students can complete their portion using any available device with internet access alongside a parent or guardian.
To get started, visit:
https://marshallschools-mo.finalforms.com/
Please complete your registration at least one week before your student's first practice or activity to allow time for review and approval.
Questions? Families may contact Derek Bohnsack, MPS Activities Director, or Josh Ming, Bueker Middle School Assistant Athletic Director for assistance.
