Info notice: After much consideration, we will NOT be attending the Timberland Indoor Percussion Competition due to limited available rehearsal times, and ensuring the overall success of the program. I do plan to go to this competition in the 2027-2028 school year.
Thank you all for your support and understanding!

Beyond proud of these amazing students! They did an awesome job this entire week and put on a great performance for the Nutrition Center.

Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! Keep an eye out for possible rehearsals in August.

Day Two!

I didn't get any pictures today because the students were working so hard and did an awesome job! Thank you all for another amazing day!

Parents: I sent home an emergency contact information form. Please fill this out and have your student return it to me no later than Friday.

If your student has not returned the Tipton Cardinal Pride Marching Band t-shirt, shorts, and marching shoes order form, please send it with them this week so we can get everything ordered in before the first football game.

Day One in the books!

This is a great group of kids and they are working hard in this heat. I'm very proud of the progress they made today. Great job, guys!

Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!

Camp STARTS at 8 AM. Please make sure you arrive before 8 so we can start on time. Bring a lot of water, your sports physical, your instrument, and your lunch.

Remember that hydrating is extremely important.
Wear comfortable athletic attire and tennis shoes.
Have a hat to shade your face and keep cooler.
Bring sunscreen and wear it!

HS Band Parent Meeting tonight, July 17th, at 6 PM in the band room. We will discuss the season, expectations, and have a Q & A. Hope to see you there!

Is your kiddo new to band, and you have questions about the: schedule, expenses, instrument rentals, or you would simply like to meet Ms. Driskell? July 17th is an opportunity for Q and A, and introductions.

Monday, July 13th, Ms. Driskell will kick off Band Camp with Section Leaders, Guard Captains and Drum Majors from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Ready to create some beats? ALL percussion and Drum Majors camp starts for you Tuesday July 14th - 17th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Starting July 20th - July 24th ALL HS BAND students should attend from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Lunch Break will be from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. except for the 24th. The band students will perform for the Tipton Nutrition Center at 11:00 am in the pavilion. Lunch will be provided for them from 11:30 - 12:30. Family and Friends are welcome to come enjoy their performance and eat with them. Kids will eat for free and Adult meals are only $7.00.

Please bring a lunch or have a plan for lunch break, the 20th-23rd. Bring something to drink to stay hydrated throughout the day.
