She's excited to get to meet her students and students parents before kicking off the new school year.

Tipton Band Senior James Brewer received a Gold Rating at the MSHSAA State Solo and Ensemble Contest this morning at Mizzou. This is the highest rating that a student can receive at this event. James has been working extremely hard on this solo for months, and it was amazing to watch. Congratulations to James on this accomplishment.

Four 6th Grade Students from Tipton were selected for participation in Clinton Band Day today. Over 100 students from 18 different schools auditioned and were selected to be a part of the group. They rehearsed all day and gave a concert this evening at 6:30. Congratulations to these students on a great day!

We had a super fun time today playing at the Special Olympics Kickball Tournament in Russellville. It was awesome to play for the athletes and pump up the crowd.
