I would like to announce with a sad heart due to personal reasons, I unfortunately will be closing my doors temporarily to full time care and will only offer certain days of the month to those who need or may want self-care days, date nights, lunch dates, doctors appointments or simply a grocery errand alone! I will post my available days, so keep an out on the page once in awhile and feel free to always check in for school snow days and cancellation availability! Thank you to all the parents past and present for being so understanding during this time and thank you for allowing and trusting me to love and take care of your babies! Hello there!
I'm Mrs. Mary! 

I am a stay at home mom and a childcare provider! I have lived in the Sedalia area for 8 years with my family! I am married 8yrs to my middle school crush with our two awesome children 7yr old boy and 11yr old girl! I am a sports mom so I stay fairly busy most days! We also participate in a lot of extracurricular activities outside of school through parks and rec as we love to be involved with our town! Fun personal facts: My birthday is a holiday! My favorite color is purple! Best cup of coffee comes from a local shop “Ozark Coffee!”

I have worked for Kreative Kiddos, Honey Bear and Aunt Martha’s! I have wanted to work with children and have been caring for children since I was 17yrs old as a babysitter, live-in nanny, nursing field and childcare provider and the oldest of 3 siblings, I have a lot of experience working with newborn ranging all the way up to the elderly! I worked as a CMA for 8 yrs and I also spent 4 years off and on working with children and adults on the autism spectrum. Additionally, I have experience helping young children through separation anxiety situations, techniques to help kids through those tough emotions.

I truly love working with children and I approach each child as a beautiful unique individual who I get to help grow, influence and teach! I love being active in the outdoors (if we can) and enjoy taking children on outings as well as staying home with them doing fun activities! Nothing makes me happier than running into someone who I used to babysit or care for and remembering all the fun times we had together!

I have taken several courses on age-appropriate activities and safety management. I'm available on weekdays 7 a.m. until 5 p.m and I have the flexibility to work after 6 p.m. certain weeks of the month which will be posted. I can provide references upon request! While watching your children, “Pinky Swear” to give them my 100% undivided attention! It is my mission to make your kids feel SAFE, SECURE, and LOVED at all times while I am there! I “Pinky Promise” to treat them as my own and how I would expect if my kids were in someone else’s care! I'd love to meet you and get to know you and your child/children, always open to meet and greet before and a walk throughs for your comfort knowing all surroundings! Per child per day rates. Cash payment is due upon drop off or in week advance. Pricing is for all ages. I do not give refunds for children whom get sick and cannot show up. Your payment reserves your spot for that day or week! Also now accepting CashApp payments!

(**Assurance for myself I get paid as I have been deceived in the past of giving childcare and receiving no payment on scheduled Fridays.**) With that being said if no payment no childcare and you will be asked to leave. Payments need to be made before dropping off your child or cash in hand upon drop off. No checks. TIA!

I provide breakfast, snack, lunch, snack! Sweet treats are given once a day as a snack unless asked for alternative.

I like can provide a daily activity log so your aware on what your child has done and are that day. If we any behavior problems I will address them with you. (These are more towards children’s I’ll have set childcare schedules for.)

I do have to pick up my kids from school at 2:45p.m and 3:15p.m. That would be the only time I leave my home unless otherwise discussed prior. I do have extra car seats available to use as well.

I am open to providing care on short notices for doc appointments, date nights, school cancellations or just a simple grocery errand alone. If I’m not busy or have anything scheduled and the same rate chart applies.

I am not state regulated at the moment. I am providing care in my own home and will only take max of 5 children. But I am working on obtaining a license and hoping to expand!

With permission I like to take fun photos throughout the day so parents can see the fun things we do and reassure parents that they are safe, happy and smiling!

From here on out everyone will be signing an agreement before services start! It will entail payment agreement/arrangements. If no payment of cash or cash app before the child gets here in the morning there will be no service and I will ask you to leave. I am a very understanding person and I feel for everyone! I know life can throw curveballs and we all struggle from time to time and fall on hard times but I am also trying to make a living just as everyone while helping others do the same!

Childcare payments do NOT run over or used as a credit! Your payment reserves your spot for that day, so if you do not show up I do not issue refunds! TIA!

There are times I may need to run an errand or want to take kiddos to the park to play or eat lunch, sometimes we go to the pool or shop for toys at the thrift store (they love doing this!) and taking them out for ice cream! I will never go anywhere without permission from parents and when we do go places I will keep in contact the entire time we are out. I will message parents letting them know when we leave, when we arrive and how long we will be gone and picture updates in between! I just love getting out and being active while having lots of fun with all my children! I “pinky promise “ your children will be safe and happy as long as they are in my care! We have so much fun most don’t want to go home! 🤗
