SHOUT OUT to Radio & Television Production Class of 2024 Alumni, Jose Calderon III, who had the amazing opportunity to work at the New York New Jersey Stadium for the FIFA World Cup as a Commentary Control Room assistant, supporting the operations behind one of the biggest sporting events in the world.

"It was an l absolute honor and privilege, and I was very proud to represent my Laser Cats while being part of such a special experience," Jose shared.

Jose was not only a Radio & Television major but an integral member of the HTHS Stage Crew. He also most memorably hosted an interview on campus with former NY Giants Amani Toomer.

This fall, Jose will be a junior at Montclair State University College of Communication & Media. Keep making us proud!

Senior Spotlight: Brielle Garcia

Hi! My name’s Brielle Garcia! I’m a senior in Graphic Technology. A majority of my art here has been done for my class’ weekly “Sketch of the Week” assignments. Some have been for larger projects like the Starry Night-inspired Graphic Tech poster in the middle which was done for an assignment where we had to promote our major or the picnic foods which were assets for a storybook I had to write and illustrate for. I enjoy using complex shapes and adding depth, however, this ends up causing me drawbacks due to having too large of a vision… (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥) All in all, I hope you all enjoy my works! :D

Make sure to check out Brielle’s Work in the D Wing on the 2nd Floor!
