🌮 Fun Friday = TACO FRIDAY! 🌮

Today’s Fun Friday Fundraiser traded the usual pizza for TACOS… and judging by these plates, we’d say they were a hit! 😂🙌

There’s just something about ending the school week with good food, full plates, and a little extra fun with your friends. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in today’s fundraiser and continues to support our school. Every Fun Friday helps us raise a little extra for our students while giving them something fun to look forward to at the end of the week.

And really… tacos at school? 🌮
That’s a pretty great Friday. 😂

Pajama Day was EARNED! 💤🧸✨

Our 1st–3rd graders got to choose their classroom reward, and they chose Pajama Day! But there was one catch… they had to fill their reward jar first!

Throughout the month, students earned tokens for everyday choices that make a classroom a great place to learn—good listening skills, walking quietly in the hallways, being kind to classmates, following classroom rules, and making good choices.

One token at a time, that reward jar got fuller and fuller… until they finally reached their goal! 🎉

And today, they got to enjoy the reward they worked so hard for!

They picked the prize. They earned the tokens. They filled the jar. And today? PAJAMAS! 🙌🩷

We love giving our students something fun to work toward while reinforcing that the little choices they make every single day matter.

🧠 **TEST DAY… but make it Brain Bag! 🔬**

Who says a test has to mean sitting silently at a desk with a sheet of paper?

Today our Middle & High School Forensics students took their test **Brain Bag style!**

Each team was assigned a bag filled with test questions, but there was a catch — **the bag stayed with Ms. Fig, our referee.** 👀

Teams could retrieve **ONE question at a time**, take it back to their table, work together to determine the answer, and then bring it back to be checked.

Correct? Back in the bag it goes, and they're on to the next one!

The result? Students were **moving, communicating, problem-solving, discussing what they've learned, and working together** — all while demonstrating their understanding of the material.

Because assessment doesn't always have to look like a traditional test.

Sometimes you have to get their brains — and their bodies — moving! 🧠💡

**Hands-on learning. Teamwork. Critical thinking.**

🕵️‍♀️ Special Agents on a Secret Mission! 🕵️‍♂️

Our classroom reward jar had gone missing, and our special agents were on the case! To uncover each piece of evidence, they had to practice their spelling words, use maps and directions, solve number patterns, and follow every clue carefully.

Mission accomplished: the missing reward jar was recovered, the case was closed, and next week’s Pajama Day was saved! 🔎🗺️🔢🎉

Who knew learning could be this top secret?
