Our afterschool program gives kids the opportunity to stay active, build confidence, work as a team, and develop new skills they can carry both on and off the mats. All while having fun in a positive, structured environment under the guidance of our experienced coaching staff. It’s what has made our program a favorite among families looking for more than just after-school care.

Next stop: ADCC Youth World Championships. 🏆 🌎

A huge congratulations to Audrey on earning her invitation to compete at the ADCC Youth World Championships! This is an incredible accomplishment and a true reflection of the hard work, consistency, and dedication she’s poured into her training.

The ADCC Youth World Championships bring together some of the most talented young grapplers from around the world, making this an experience that very few athletes get to be part of.

To see a homegrown athlete from our small town gym in Sebring, Florida, step onto one of the biggest stages in youth grappling is something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s a reminder that with hard work, great coaching, and a willingness to keep showing up, big opportunities can come from anywhere.

Watching our students reach milestones like this is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. It’s a moment our entire Dragons Lair family is proud to celebrate. 🐉
