A huge THANK YOU to our local Coca-Cola representative, Amanda Helms , and our local Walmart representatives Chris Acosta and Ruth Pederson for their generous donation of Coca-Cola backpacks filled with school supplies from Walmart!

Accepting this incredible donation on behalf of Cracker Trail Elementary were two of our kindergarten teachers, Mrs. Juliano and Mrs. Quinn., along with our principal Mr. K.

As we begin a new school year with our theme, "Together We Run Strong," we're reminded that it takes an entire community to help our students succeed. Your generosity and support ensure our Mustangs are ready to learn, grow, and thrive from day one. We are grateful for partners who invest in the future of our students!

🤠 What a Rootin' Tootin' Open House! 🐴

A huge THANK YOU to all of our Mustangs and their families who joined us for Open House last night! It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, reconnect with familiar friends, and welcome new members to the CTE Ranch.

A special shoutout goes to our incredible faculty and staff for all the hard work, long hours, and dedication they put into preparing classrooms and our campus. Your commitment made the evening a tremendous success, and we couldn't be more grateful!

Now it's time to saddle up for an amazing school year! We can't wait to welcome our Mustangs back for the first day of school on Tuesday, August 11! 📚🐎

While you're here, be sure to:
🏥 Bring your photo ID to help complete all necessary forms (Emergency Treatment Form, Student Residency Form, and more).
📚 Bring your labeled school supplies and drop them off in your child's classroom.
🚌 Register with the Transportation Department if your child will be riding the bus.
🚗 Pick up your new parent pickup tag.
👋 Meet your teacher, explore the classroom, and reconnect with friends!
🍧 Grab a snow cone! Snow cones are $2 each, or prepay $10 today and receive a snow cone on each of our tentative Snow Cone Days during the 2026–2027 school year!
☕🍪 Stop by The Brew Crew, where they'll be serving decaf flavored drinks along with an assortment of delicious food and snacks! Portions of tonight’s profits will be donated back to Cracker Trail Elementary!

Our PreK Classes (Mrs. Bush and Mrs. Madden) will be holding their Open House in our Media Center.

Look over the included campus map for locations of our PreK Open House (media center), parent pick up tags & daycare (cafeteria), bus transportation (Room 403), and The Brew Crew (Bus Loop).

🤠🐴 Welcome Back, CTE Staff! 🐴🤠

Today, we officially kicked off an exciting new school year! Mr. K. and Mrs. Brooker took time to reflect on all we accomplished together last year and shared the vision & pathways that will guide us on our trail to success throughout this school year. Afterward, our amazing staff enjoyed a delicious meal, great fellowship, and time reconnecting before heading off to prepare their classrooms for our Mustangs!

We can't wait to welcome our students back and make this our best year yet!

Just a reminder Open House is tomorrow night – Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Registration for K-5 students is still open every day this week until 3:00 pm.

🐴📚 CTE Mustangs – Back to School Clinic Procedures for 2026-2027 📚🐴

As we prepare to welcome our Mustangs back for another great school year, please review our clinic procedures for student medications and medical documentation.

💊 Medication Drop-Off Begins: Monday, August 3, 2026

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents/Guardians Must Bring Medications to School and meet with Nurse Dean. Students are not permitted to transport medications to school.

📋 Required Medical Forms must be dated July 1, 2026, or later to be accepted for the 2026-2027 school year.

🎨 A freshly painted wall may not seem very exciting... but it's a sign that great things are happening at Cracker Trail Elementary! 🤠

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Facilities Department for refreshing several classrooms across campus with a fresh coat of paint. Your hard work helps create welcoming spaces where our Mustangs can learn and grow!

Many of our teachers have also been spending part of their summer preparing their classrooms for another incredible school year. We can't wait to welcome all of our staff back next week as we gear up for an amazing year together!
