The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities is pleased to announce that registration is open for this no-cost six-week webinar series, which will begin on August 2, 2023. All general education and special education teachers, district-level personnel, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, early interventionists, psychologists, behavior specialists, social workers, paraprofessionals, college students, and anyone else interested in learning about students with autism are encouraged to attend.

There's still time to sign up for our first Gifted Endorsement course of the 22-23 school year! FDLRS Heartland offers free courses for teachers to earn their Gifted Endorsement in our four districts, and there are five 60-hour courses to complete the endorsement requirements.

We have been busy this summer planning for professional development to offer our Heartland teachers and support personnel!
One of our first courses is "Technology for the Diverse Classroom" starting on August 31st.
