We are thrilled to officially reveal plans for the Park Side Kindercourt & CASTLE- an exciting investment in spaces designed especially for our youngest learners!

Our plans have officially been submitted to the Department of State Architect (DSA), marking an important milestone toward bringing this vision to life. We anticipate construction beginning in Spring 2027!

This project is possible because of the incredible support of our community through Measures E & N. The investment in SUSD is helping us create safe, welcoming, innovative spaces where children can learn, explore, play, and grow.

We can’t wait to share more of the designs and keep our SUSD families, friends, and neighbors updated as we move closer to construction.

✨ The future of Park Side is taking shape- and we’re excited to finally share it with you!

At this time we are planning on school being OPEN on Friday, Nov. 22nd.

While we know that conditions can change quickly, currently our roads are clear and we have power.

We will alert all families via ParentSquare and our pages by 6:30am IF conditions have changed. Assume school is OPEN unless you hear directly from us!

As always, please keep your family’s safety as a priority and use your judgment regarding travel routes and the feasibility of coming to school. Should your child need to stay home, please contact the office to notify the school of the absence.
