I am so unbelievably impressed with work that came out of this years teen camp. Aren’t you?!?! Makes me feel hopeful for the future of our handcraft field. Anyone need an apprentice next summer?

How cool is this? We’re hosting the “Corwin Collection” in the gallery! See some of it online and all of it here in the gallery. Come by and chat with Megan about it August 21 Friday 5:30-7 during the U District Art Walk. Show is available through September 21. This is an eclectic collection of contemporary art jewelry collected by Megan Corwin over the course of 30 years and she is selling ALL of these items!

Are you jealous of how much fun these kids had in the Jewelry and Metalsmithing Kids Camp?! I mean wow! Did you know an 8 year old can saw like a champ?! Great class! Thanks to Tegan Wallace (she/her) for making Magic again this year. Next up, Teen Camp! End of August. There’s still room if you know anyone ages 12-16 who likes to make stuff!
