Your teen gets one summer per year. This one can be the one where they did something that changes how they see themselves.

Northwest Culinary Prep Camp is a full week in a professional teaching kitchen in Capitol Hill, Seattle, for teens ages 13-17.

They cook every single day guided by experienced working chefs, and spend the week in small groups where they actually get seen and supported. The final day is a cooking competition judged by local culinary professionals.

They will leave with real knife skills, kitchen confidence, and the experience of doing something genuinely hard and pulling it off.

Two sessions: July 27-31 and August 3-7, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
