I’m abundantly aware of the emotional struggle of most of the people I know. Whether it’s due to cost of living due to the recession (in the face of nay sayers), or grief over loss of loved ones or due to decline of personal health.

Rememberance

Hello brother. You know I often sit Next to you. Ancestor opens up space for me and I can’t wait to slide next to you.

Sometimes I watch these little scenes from my mind’s eye. They play over and over sometimes for months. First thing I think about is we both choose careers of service to others. Then I feel the bound-down scar tissue from the Pain of witnessing the very worst of humanity. I’m not saying there weren’t beautiful moments of grace. Shadow and Light.

I figured out quick how not to get burned out burned up.
And the Soul cannot do it alone. The Mind wants to wage war to rid me of Memories. But the weight of all that sadness and the unanswerable question: “Why?!!” just leads me to want to absent myself from this world.

“Grandfather Grandmother Walk me through the Rituals. Pour Water over me and Grace me in Ceremony to the Drum, the Heart. Bring the Drumbeat-Heartbeat inside Me. Give me all the words of rage and sorrow to write down. Pour all that sickening Darkness into my Shadow bundle. Help me bind it and then Bury it that You may Absorb it. No longer a part of Me; returned to the Earth to the Mother.”

Reminding myself that Ancestor stands all around Me always in all ways opens my sight to the Beauty again. Sight, sound, smells of all my relations speaking to me.

Little bird you got another clutch of babies you keeping warm? I can smell the Mother birthing new Life in tall grass who’s seeds feed the chipmunks. Earthworms aerating the soil so water passes to the roots of all our green relations. Pairs of bonded birds scratching to bring home nourishment for all those big-mouthed babies.

Birth, death. Endings and beginnings. Joy and sorrow. Holding onto the best memories and letting go of the pain. What a journey brother, WHAT A JOURNEY. Remember I am traveling with you, right Alongside You.

Turning to Traditional Healing may be a new approach for you. We all relate to the increase in anxiety in the reality of Covid, world issues and the effort to maintain community today.
One on one sessions surface stressors and teach you how to recognize & pinpoint historical traumas. Come back to center through response led by a trained medicine woman. End the list of "shoulds" and be proactive in living in Joy.

My work with people ties heavily into anthropology. It is often a surprise to my students and clients. The Work moves quickly because of this. The Work is led by the individual and incorporates esoteric experiences through the god/tradition of their understanding.

In the medicine work the forewarning of potential future events by my Ancestors is common. This is normal in my tradition. Usually future events are influenced by many seemingly unrelated factors and the percentages change all the time. No unfortunately it doesn’t work for personal gain or I’d be a Powerball winner several times over.

Many years ago I was told of “…global death on Earth on a scale not seen by most living people”. I didn’t receive any date, or information: what/how. My Ancestors ask me to “hold space” for these events. I’ve spoken to many indigenous medicine people who received the same request. If there is anything shared among medicine people it is the commonality of “unattached-to-outcome, listening-centered” training. All spiritual/religious practices include this esoteric practice. I have many friends of varied faiths who have shared insights during prayer and/or meditation.

As per all of us in our lives in this water-bag life as a human being, I immediately flipped into a very attached ego state and I imagined small nuclear warheads via Kim Jong.
In February 2020, while listening to music Ancestor said “this is the event”. I was knocked on my butt the same as everyone, but I was ready in a way I can’t explain except to say the practice of “holding space” can prepare one.

Today I’m observing and still holding space at my Ancestor’s request. They have talked about the massive “return of the light” in response to the Shadow’s many manifestations that began prior to the pandemic. I don’t think I need describe it’s representations to most people. The Shadow’s impact is very much still attempting to oppress The Light.

Prayer and meditation has never been more important in the lifetime of those of us on earth as well as Mother Earth. It does not matter what/who your god is. Sincerely, if your “god” is Nature that is perfection.

All expressions of Love, Kindness, a smile, laughter shared in a text, a photo that inspires you shared with another: all of these gestures of Caring For Each Other are essential to the Support the Light. Like the uplifting surprise of a dozen red roses or the warmth you experience in your chest letting someone into traffic.

Simply: would you intentionally put this acts of kindness/thoughtfulness into practice or increase your habit of the Love you send into the world? Yes I know: My Ancestors can be very long-winded.

Today we as Americans have been returned to Hope. The Shadow reeled out such darkness many of us feared We would never see the Light again.

To each of You take a few moments and breathe in Deeply the Glorious return of The Light.

In every action, word and deed We have an obligation to carry The Light. Each of must hold The Light high to Illuminate the historical injustices and travesties The Shadow returned and continued to manifest. Racism, bigotry, sexism, ALL oppression carried out through the greed and power of white privilege.

Tonight, in Your Way be it conversation, journeling, prayer, meditation give Thanks to the god of Your Understanding.

Now consciously release the fear you have stored in your body. Celebrate calm and raise it up high over your Heart and allow the wind to carry it everywhere to every Soul. Set your Intention in your Rituals for Ancestor to be in attendance. Ask for their Guidance and practice no attachment to Outcome. Lay your Offerings near rivers and streams. Send healing to the Mother and thank Her for holding us to her breast throughout these trials. Get ready for the Flow of Love to pour into you and all your Relations. Be the example of Faith for others to follow.

Healing:
It can require the passage into being unknown even to yourself.
Outcome:
The journey allows us to be imperfect beings and return to love our self.
The Rings on the water's surface:
Allow that others will reject the "stone" you sent to the bottom.
Recognize that it can be frightening for those who have yet to explore the depths.
Stay true to you.
The rest will fall away.

Yes I understand your grief. I know the Shadow cares nothing for the people suffering. Our hearts continue to shed tears. Those tears are opening the Way for the Light. Withholding or denying the loss only serves the Shadow. I will tell you our connection to the Mother is heard loud and clear. We are the truthful Elders who mentor those filled with fear and show them how to help each other, keep faith in the god of their understanding and through the Divine love of our Souls we will conquer the Shadow. The Mother hears our heart’s grieving for all she and the people are suffering. This time you are in filled without hope is referred to as “The Dark Night of the Soul. You are passing through an important learning Sisters and Brothers. Your Ancestors will comfort you and be at your side until you are ready to stand again with hope and Love to combat the Darkness. In every person’s life of service each must pass through this disbelief and hopelessness. It brings you to understand through the pain who a You are Now becoming. With this passage come gifts and insight. This advancement into our highest self continues all our time on the Earth. We are her Stewards.

Don't be afraid to say what is true from your observations. Make sure you are coming from your integrity when you share your experience. If I don't share what I observe then I won't be provoking thoughtfulness in others. Walk with Ancestor, be true to who you are and your intuition will show you the next indicated step to take. We inhabit this physical body for a relatively short time. In that short time we acquire, if we choose, many dear connections to other souls, memories of journeys traveled. The next Journey is even more abundant in connections and limitless in the Love we receive. Many Blessings to all of us still within this physical shell and the day to day joy that is ours to choose.
