Most coaching sessions run from 45 minutes to an hour, and I am currently accepting all clients on a pay-as-you-can basis. Life coaching is about forward movement, action, motivation, inspiration, self discovery, creation, goal setting, growth, challenge, and self love! Life coaching can be helpful in any area of your life - from relationships, life purpose, self identity & self esteem, personal f
inances, health & wellness, and onward. My job as a life coach is to meet you exactly where you are right now. To hold space for you, and utilize tools & techniques to help propel you forward on your chosen path. I will not only be your coach, but also your ally & partner. We'll work together to set goals and overcome obstacles in a way that is both safe & challenging. I use the term Holistic Life Coach, because I believe that positive change and forward momentum come from every part of ourselves. Our mind, body, and heart center all need nurturing if we are to move forward as our whole & full selves. I love incorporating nature, nutrition, fitness, meditation, and creative projects into my coaching methods and will work with you to find the right combination of techniques. You'll walk away from each coaching session with an assignment, goal, or task to help push you forward and inspire growth.
