SAL is seeking immediate temp help to support our box office!
This person will provide welcoming, authentic, and personal service to all SAL patrons by answering Box Office phone and email inquiries about ticket sales and events. They will process all incoming ticket orders, including subscriptions, single tickets, and contacts, as well as exchanges and refunds (upon request). They will communicate any issues and challenges that patrons are experiencing to the Public Programs team for problem-solving.
Hours:
M-F, approx. ASAP through October 20th and possibly longer if mutually agreeable, 10 am - 3 pm.
Rate: $30/hr
Location: SAL’s office on Capitol Hill

We are delighted to announce that, following a national search, Cornish College of the Arts has hired Tinka Gutrick-Dailey as the newest Core Faculty Member in Theater. Tinka will be an Assistant Professor of Musical Theater, teaching dance courses, choreographing the fall musical, and supervising senior thesis projects.
Tinka began her training in New York City with the prestigious Harkness Ballet and went on to tour the world extensively in a number of Broadway shows as well as being principal/soloist with the American Dance Machine for 10 years. She has served as assistant to legendary musical theater dance figures Lee Theodore and Agnes DeMille, and has worked with some of Broadways’ most notable choreographers/directors.
Tinka has taught Theater Dance throughout the country including LA and NY’s High School for the Performing Arts. She continues to teach, study, and perform many different styles and techniques including African, Brazilian, East Indian, and Cuban. Tinka also teaches in the Dance for PD program created by Mark Morris Dance Company for people with Parkinson’s Disease.
Tinka has taught extensively at Cornish College for the Arts, in both the Theater and Dance departments, and continues to teach master classes with PNB, Arc Dance Company, and Spectrum Dance Theatre. She has coached, performed and taught for Seattle’s 5th Avenue Theatre.
