Explorer West Middle School Since 1996, Explorer West Middle School has nurtured, supported, and challenged students during the critical middle school years.

Featuring rigorous academics, small class sizes, diverse enrichment opportunities, and a robust outdoor education program. For over 25 years, Explorer West has offered an innovative and challenging program for grades 6 through 8. 🌻We're excited to welcome Lexi Garrity, our new Social Studies teacher. Lexi has been teaching for 12 years and is currently working towards her PhD at Seattle Pacific University.

Lexi shares," I am passionate about guiding students in their learning and critical-thinking processes. To me, learning is not always about finding a "correct" answer. It is about learning to think for ourselves and engage with the people around us."
