Seven Star Friends and Family Self Defense Class, Sunday, December 1st 2-4pm. We Defend Ourselves. We Protect Our Community. Empower yourself and learn valuable self defense skills. Kick, punch, yell, and fight with us! This class is open to everyone, but is specifically designed for our trans, non-binary, gender expansive, and cis-women community (age 13+).
