We are honored to share this beautiful testimony from our 10 year scholarship alumni Le Bao Ngoc. We wish her a lifetime of opportunity and success. Thank you sponsors for supporting us throughout the years! Without your support none of this would be possible!
Greetings esteemed VNSF donors!
First, on behalf of the board, I want to take a moment to thank you all for your support of our annual fundraising event that took place at China Harbor restaurant last Friday-May 20, 2022. You are truly the lifeblood of our organization, and we are all so grateful for your continued support.
Second, the fundraising target for the event was $150,000- which was an aggressive target set by the board given the fact that we have not had annual fundraising events for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While we are still waiting for several pledge payments to arrive including several corporate matching payments, I am pleased to announce that we raised approximately $160,000- beating our target by $10,000.
Third, this is the most successful fundraising event that VNSF has ever held, and we could not have reached this target without your support. On behalf of the students and families who benefit from the scholarships we fund each year, the current board members, and team of active volunteers who help us propagate our mission. THANK YOU!
FROM ALL OF US VNSF FAMILY!
Every child deserves an education.
Our mission is to help children in Vietnam break the poverty cycle by acquiring the education and skills needed to reach their full potential. Viet Nam Scholarship Foundation (VNSF) provides full education funding for students from acceptance into the program until they graduate from college.
Over the last 20 years, VNSF donors have changed the lives for nearly 1200 underprivileged students in Vietnam. During the 2021-2022 school year alone, a total of 435 students were sponsored by VNSF, including 73 new scholarship recipients.
We would like your help to continue funding scholarships for students in Vietnam. Please celebrate by making a donation to VNSF at the link below.
