🚨 🚨Attention all SPS current paid partners with youth programming! 🚨 🚨There is a new Seattle Public Schools partnerships process, and the request for qualifications process is due June 15!

Any organization currently funded or expecting future funding through SPS district funds, including DEEL school-based investments, LAP, or Title I, will now need to complete the new RFQ: Youth Programming Services. In addition, organizations seeking an MOU or Letter of Agreement with the district must be included on the new Youth Programming Roster (YPR), which has not been released yet.

Is your CBO a current or planning to become an SPS partner? Join us for a focused session on the new SPS partnership requirements and RFQ procedures for the upcoming school year. We will review key changes and walk through the application process. After the overview, SESEC staff will be available for hands-on support to help you troubleshoot your application and make progress toward completion.

✨ Exciting news! SESEC has a new team member - meet Enrique Maymi, our Director of Advancement, Marketing, and Communications.

Enrique is a nonprofit leader dedicated to expanding opportunity and driving meaningful impact in education and communities. His work centers on building strong partnerships, securing resources, and elevating stories that inspire action and investment in young people.

🎾 Outside of his professional work, Enrique is a former tennis player who now enjoys playing pickleball in his free time, staying active and competitive while building community on the court.

🚲Did you know? SESEC is the fiscal sponsor of and they just held the annual Move-a-Thon fundraiser! They did a bike rodeo ride to and partnered with to loan bikes for students to participate. Thank you to everyone who supoorted!
