Starting next week, Monday's and Wednesday's, I will be beginning a 9 pm Sunset Power Flow class at Fruition Yoga & Wellness. Get some sunshine then get your zen on! Hot yoga not for you? How about open window, Yoga Al Fresco at 2 pm on Saturday's? Can't wait to see you on the mat!
