“What is patriotism?” 🇺🇸 The 2026 issue of Questions explores this theme through the voices of young people. What does it mean to be patriotic? Is it earned or owed? Is it a virtue like courage or kindness? Students in grades K–12 are invited to submit their work.

PLATO’s Gerler Fellowship supports graduate students who are bringing philosophy into K–12 classrooms. 🍎 It’s an opportunity to engage students in meaningful dialogue, foster critical thinking, and expand access to philosophical inquiry. Applications are open on the PLATO website.
