They feel centered, fully present, and able to hold their boundaries. As I was growing up, there were many things that happened that left me feeling disconnected and feeling that I didn't belong. Over time and with a great deal of inner work, I got a better sense of myself. I now have a deep love for me, a feeling that I do belong, and a sense that I am appreciated.
