Please join us in congratulating Diagnostic Ultrasound major Nurnissa Mohd Rozi, ’27, on being named a recipient of the 2026 Alan D. Waggoner Student Scholarship Award from the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE).
This national award recognizes students in echocardiography who demonstrate leadership, academic excellence and dedication to the field. Nurnissa ranks among the top students in her cohort and has been recognized by faculty for her initiative, professionalism and commitment to mastering complex imaging concepts.
“I’m truly honored and grateful for this opportunity,” said Mohd Rozi. “It means a lot to me, especially as I continue my journey in cardiac sonography.”
We are proud to see Nurnissa recognized by ASE and celebrated among the next generation of leaders in cardiovascular sonography.
