An enormous thank you to NET25 and A.S.P.N. for having Taipan Lucero and Allan Torres Camba as guests as we kick off The Art of Baybáyin: Alon ng AI Tour 2026!

Our tour officially begins this Monday, and we’re looking forward to meeting, learning, and sharing with around 2,300 students across the Philippines.

Maraming salamat for helping us start this journey and for giving us the opportunity to share our advocacy for Baybáyin, Filipino culture, education, and the responsible use of AI.

Just wrapped up a short Zoom workshop with some of the student journalists and media volunteers from our participating schools for The Art of Baybáyin: Alon ng AI Tour! 🎥📸

We talked about capturing their school’s experience through photos, videos, FB Live, and interviews—not just documenting what happens, but telling the story of the people, learning, and moments that make each event meaningful.

Looking forward to working with these young storytellers when the tour reaches their respective schools!

Maligayang Buwan ng Wika, Pilipinas! 🇵🇭

The journey begins.

As I prepare for The Art of Baybáyin: Alon ng AI Tour this August, I’m shipping out copies of the newly revised Second Edition of my book and packing more to bring with me across the Philippines.

Over the past several months, I’ve been carefully revising, expanding, and refining this second edition, and I’m excited to finally share it with readers during this tour.

From Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, I look forward to meeting educators, students, and fellow advocates of our language, history, culture, and identity as we explore the past, engage with the present, and imagine the future together.

See you all very soon, Philippines!

One mission. Seven schools. Seven unique lectures.

This August, in celebration of Buwan ng Wika, the Academy of Cultural Education (ACE) embarks on a journey across the Philippines through The Art of Baybáyin Lectures 2026.

Each lecture has been thoughtfully designed for its host institution—connecting Baybáyin with the unique history, identity, culture, and aspirations of every school community. From elementary learners to college students, and from urban science high schools to communities with deep indigenous roots, every presentation offers a different perspective while sharing one common purpose: to help Filipinos discover that our heritage is not merely something to remember—it is something to live.

Thank you to our partner schools and educators for opening your campuses and joining us in this meaningful cultural mission. We look forward to learning, sharing, and growing together.

7 Schools. 7 Unique Lectures. 1 Cultural Mission.
