We are looking forward to meeting our new students for the Discerning Leadership Course at the Seattle U Campus in June. Here is a sneak peak at the faculty and coaches that will be joining us this summer.

The CEIE Discerning Leadership Certificate is a values-based residential learning experience designed for leaders in religious, non-profit and philanthropic spheres. Participants will engage critically with today's challenges, learn from experienced faculty and one another, grow their leadership capacity, and lead with confidence in their unique context.

This year CEIE has pursued new avenues for deepening community conversation around key issues. To meet the need to convene open and diverse conversations, CEIE created the Roundtable project, a series of topic-based conversations using the Jesuit roundtable model for discernment.
At the core of this methodology is an open conversation in a group of equals, led by two facilitators around a particular topic or theme. The aim is to promote a culture of equality amongst participants and build collective understanding together.

We are excited to continue this project into the new academic year and invite those interested to find more information here >> https://religica.org/roundtable-series/

Religious and wisdom traditions share common moral ground: the dignity of others, care for the vulnerable, the imperative of truthfulness and the pursuit of peace. We require courage and a commitment to forging bonds with our neighbors. All of us share an opportunity to choose to live this way.
