✨Stop feeling like a failure & start enjoying your family again✨ I know how it feels to be depleted by the pandemic.

I'm a hospitalist physician, wife, mom of two, and a recovering perfectionist. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s. I know how it feels to be misunderstood. My kids are differently wired. I know how isolating parenting can be, especially when your family is neurodiverse. When I was in the most difficult season of my life, I invested in life coaching. It changed me from the inside out. I gained pra

Let's talk about something super important for all the overwhelmed working moms out there: setting boundaries!

If you're anything like me, you love your family fiercely, but sometimes you need to say, "I love you and no."

It's tough, especially when you're juggling work and raising neurodiverse kids, plus your own perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies!

But guess what? Love doesn’t always mean saying “Yes.” And saying “No” doesn't mean you're a bad mom. It means you're taking care of yourself. It's all about finding that balance and making sure you're not burning out.

Want help applying this to your own life? That’s what I do. Use the link in bio to set up your free consult call. 💕

For some high achievers, ADHD is actually part of the reason for their success.

Yet the diagnosis can be missed because they are so successful.

Why does this matter? Because ADHD can also lead to challenges, including anger, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, interpersonal conflict, just to name a few.

And for women, symptoms may actually get worse as you enter your 30s, 40s, and 50s.

Many of my clients are working moms with ADHD, either diagnosed or suspected.

If you are one of them, nothing's wrong with you.

It’s just that your strengths and struggles are unique. They may make it harder to navigate life as a working mom.

But once you accept and understand your ADHD brain, it does get easier. I promise. And you don’t have to do it alone.

I offer personalized coaching for working moms navigating neurodiversity. Together, we’ll create strategies tailored to your individual needs. So you can begin to work WITH your beautiful, brilliant mind, rather than against it💕

Set up your free consult today to share your unique situation with me, and hear how I can help. (Link in bio).

When your daughter calls you selfish.

When you get those judgy looks because your kids are watching their tablets at dinner.

When they say you’re too young to know what you’re talking about.

When they say you’re too loud, too emotional.

Maybe…Or maybe they’re wrong about you.

It’s not your job to change their mind. It’s your job to decide if YOU are happy with how you’re showing up. 🥰

Want to understand more about how to your TRUE SELF and find HAPPINESS in your own journey? I got you. Schedule your free consultation at the link in my bio. 💕

Think about it…

they’re not perfect either.

When they mess up, they need to know there is nothing wrong with them. They need to know how to handle it.

When you fail and own it, apologize, and connect with them around it…you are modeling it for them.

They don’t need a perfect parent.
They need a real one.
They just need you, doing your best.💕

The skills I teach to become a better mom and wife can also help you heal your relationship with yourself.

PS- Ready to apply this to your life? Set up a free consult call and let’s talk about it. ♥️
