Thank you to all families who have participated in the 2026 Move-a-thon fundraiser for the Southeast Seattle Schools Fundraising Alliance (SESSFA). We are in the final push for this important fundraiser, which is the primary source of our PTSA budget. These funds support classroom snacks, teacher grants, school events, family assistance, and more. If you have not yet donated, there is still time! South Shore SESSFA hopes that while we're having fun and getting our bodies moving, the other part of the Move-a-Thon is the FUNDRAISING part. Kids participate in the Move-a-Thon, and their community donates to support them. Over half of the donations we receive come from individual donors like you. With an outpouring of support from donors and sponsors within and beyond our South Seattle neighborhoods, our 17 SESSFA schools know that raising $600,000 is an achievable goal. We're deeply grateful to all who support and amplify this effort—every dollar makes a meaningful difference.
