What is bringing you more peace these days?

Seek out more of it!

For me it’s being by the water, whether ocean or lake or river. This was by the Columbia River this past weekend.

Being by water, I naturally breathe more deeply and relax my shoulders.

Walking outside does that too, even if I’m not by water. So combining both is đŸ’„đŸȘ„magic for my system.

What environments or activities bring you this? Actively create those experiences for yourself, even if in tiny doses. It makes a huge difference!

Many sensitive people don’t struggle with boundaries because they don’t care.
They struggle because they care deeply. 💗

These practices are about protecting that care—without losing yourself.

Feeling very grateful for Sophie Messager and her lovely Women’s Drumming Collective that started this month - a sweet group of women from across the globe coming together online twice a month - to break the old messages of staying silent and small, by connecting inside and listening to our own beat.

And with much gratitude as well to who supported me to create this magical Elk drum a couple of years ago.

Elk drum is finally getting to shine and teach me now that I have this supportive container. I’m looking forward to seeing what unfolds on this special journey through the seasons and until mid December âœšđŸ„

"Unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality."

Let’s honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through upholding justice, nonviolence, and truth-telling in the face of injustices.

What action can you take today to support your community or express unconditional love?

We're seeing this in Minnesota as they continue to peacefully protest every day against the IC* brutalities.

We remember & recommit.

Meet Aloka — The Peace Dog đŸŸ
This isn’t just a picture of a dog.
This is a story of light, loyalty, and living compassion.

Aloka’s name means Light — and he lives up to it in every quiet step he takes.

Born an Indian Pariah, once just another unseen soul on the roadside, Aloka was adopted by monks and chose a life of purpose. Not comfort. Not applause. Purpose.

At just four years old, he has already walked thousands of miles — through burning heat, bitter cold, sickness, mountains, rivers, and long, uncertain days. He didn’t walk for rewards. He walked because the ones he loved were walking. Because love, when real, doesn’t ask questions — it stays.

đŸŸ That heart-shaped mark on his head?
A reminder that peace begins in the heart.

👀 Those clear, gentle eyes?
They don’t judge. They don’t rush. They quietly invite us to slow down, to be patient, to be kinder than yesterday.

🐕 Those feet?
They carry a message stronger than words:
Strength doesn’t roar. Courage doesn’t threaten. Dedication doesn’t quit.

Even dressed in simple, playful outfits, Aloka remains humble and friendly — teaching us that humility isn’t about how little you have, but how gently you move through the world.

💛 His loyalty is his prayer.
Through pain and exhaustion, he stayed beside the monks — not because he was trained to, but because his heart knew no other way.

Aloka doesn’t preach peace.
He walks it.
Step by step.
Mile by mile.
Silently reminding us that the purest souls often have four legs and ask for nothing in return.

May we learn from Aloka —
To stay when it’s hard.
To walk gently.
To choose compassion even when no one is watching.

Because sometimes, the brightest light on the path to peace

has paws. đŸŸđŸ•Šïž

Why people come to me

Many of the people who find their way to me are doing a lot.

They are thoughtful.
Capable.
Often the steady one others lean on.

From the outside, their lives may look full or even successful.

Inside, it can feel different.

They tell me things like:
“I’m tired, but I keep going.”
“I don’t know how to stop holding everything.”
“I can feel something wants to change, but I don’t know how to listen to it.”

They haven’t failed.
They aren’t broken.

They’re often sensitive people who have learned how to push past themselves for a long time.

What they’re looking for isn’t motivation or another way to try harder.

They’re looking for somewhere they can soften.
Somewhere they don’t have to perform or explain.
Somewhere they can slow down enough to feel what’s actually true.

My work offers a gentle, one-on-one space to do exactly that.

Together, we listen beneath the noise of stress and expectations.
We notice what your body and inner signals have been carrying.
We make room for what’s been quiet, rushed, or set aside.

This work is about creating a sense of safety inside, so clarity can arise naturally, and decisions begin to feel more aligned and less forced.

Clients often tell me they feel lighter, steadier, and more trusting of themselves after our time together—not because anything was fixed, but because something finally had space to settle.

If this speaks to you, you’re welcome to reach out when it feels right.

There’s no urgency here.
Just an opening.

For sensitive people, leadership isn’t just about skills—it’s about what’s happening internally.

What do you find yourself overthinking most when you’re stepping into leadership or greater visibility?

You’re not alone.
