Women make up roughly 3%–4% of commercial divers nationwide — one of the most underrepresented trades in the country, and like many skilled trades, still a small fraction of the workforce.

Right now, we're training the largest group of women in DIT history — all at the same time. 

We're beyond excited to see this many women pursuing a challenging, rewarding career, and to see this kind of growth taking hold at DIT.

- ADCI Surface Supplied Air Diving Supervisor Certification
- DCBC Restricted or Unrestricted Supervisor Certification
- 3+ years of documented industry diving experience
- Commit to 4-5 days a week
