Working Title: Summer Enrichment Classroom Aide
Appointment Duration: June 15 to July 24, 2026
Compensation: $21.77 - $26.31/hour

Tentative Work Schedule:
Before classes are in session:
June 23 and June 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM: 12 hours, in person
Online trainings: 8 hours, online
Initial meeting with instructional team: 1 hour, virtual
When classes are in session: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (30 minutes of unpaid break)
The work schedule will be confirmed at the beginning of June, based on the specific assignment. Occasionally, extended hours may be required and assigned based on availability.

Join our team supporting first-year and transfer UW students in a rewarding on-campus position, where you will interact daily with students, their families, University administrators, faculty and staff. You will work within all of the programs in NSTP and serve as a mentor to students transitioning to the University.

Pins, Pizza, and the Pack: Husky Transfer Bowl
Thursday, January 8th | HUB Games Area | 3:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m.
Kick off the quarter with us at a relaxed hangout for transfer students! Whether you just arrived at UW or are a seasoned Huksy, we’d love to see you. We’ve reserved four bowling lanes, and there’ll be plenty of pizza and drinks.

Not into bowling? No worries at all — come for the food, the vibes, and the chance to meet other transfer students.

We’re excited to finally announce that we are: New Student and Transfer Programs! 🔥 Even though our in-office sign still says “First Year Programs”, our official name change marks a better reflection of the first-year student body which we serve. That includes both incoming freshmen AND transfer students.
