We recently welcomed families to campus for Back to School Night, offering an opportunity to connect with teachers, learn more about the year ahead, and strengthen the partnerships that make our community so special.
With the year now in full swing, we’re looking forward to all that’s ahead—from meaningful learning experiences and new discoveries to opportunities for connection, collaboration, and growth.
We’re excited to continue the school year together!

: SGS, then & now. 🏎️
Some things change. Some things become SGS tradition.
Years ago, our 6th graders were already kicking off the year with creativity & collaboration—building their own go-karts from scratch before taking them through an obstacle course in front of the SGS community.
Sound familiar?
While the wheels, designs, and faces may have changed, the spirit behind the experience hasn’t. SGS still brings our students together to build, problem-solve, and have tons of fun along the way. Some things never change.

This summer at SGS STEAM Camp, curiosity was hands-on.
Students spent the week building their own instruments, engineering Lego houses, designing book covers, shaking their own ice cream, and inventing new watercolors! That’s what STEAM learning looks like at SGS: giving students the space to follow their curiosity, get a little messy, and discover what they’re capable of creating.
Today’s campers are tomorrow’s scientists, artists, designers, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers.
