At Smart Start, we believe school readiness is more than academics — it’s also learning how to understand emotions, build relationships, and regulate our nervous systems.

Rosie’s Brain gives children a beautiful introduction to how their brains work: how the amygdala responds to feelings, how the prefrontal cortex helps us make thoughtful choices, and how the hippocampus helps us remember and learn.

Teaching children about their brains empowers them to become confident, compassionate, and emotionally resilient learners.
