After months of raising our salmon in partnership with , we finally got to release them! Our K-2 Salmon project integrates science, math, literacy, social studies, and art through meaningful environmental education. Students learned about the salmon life cycle, their importance to the ecosystem, and their cultural significance for our area and the Coast Salish people. We are proud to participate in this important species conservation effort.

K-2 students celebrated the 100th day of school by creating collections of 100. Kids understand quantities more deeply when they can see, touch, and manipulate objects. Concrete materials help them grasp what “five”, “ten”, or "one-hundred" actually means, not just what the numeral looks like - building true number sense while making math fun!💯

💗Hansel & Gretel and the Heartmender💗 What an amazing play put on by our 3rd grade class! A fun twist on a classic adapted by our very own drama teacher Molly. They worked hard learning lines, staging, and bringing the story to life. Big congrats to all of the 3rd graders and everyone else who helped to put this show together.

The U Co-op Community Swap Meet was a success! Families passed along outgrown items, found new-to-them favorites, and filled the space with so much kindness. Thank you for making this event such a joyful reminder of why community matters.
