Experimental Education Unit The Experimental Education Unit is part of the Haring Center for Inclusive Education, located on the University of Washington’s Seattle campus.

The EEU offers a comprehensive early childhood program that provides inclusive education. The EEU, renamed the Norris and Dorothy Haring Center for Applied Research & Training in Education in 2009, grew out of decades of groundbreaking research and practice on improving social and educational outcomes for people with special needs. ing Center continues to pioneer solutions to break down barriers to inclusion for people with disabilities in the classroom, workplace and broader society. The Haring Center includes the EEU, CARE, and the Applied Research Unit and is nationally recognized for providing a replicable model for successful inclusive education for children with disabilities.
