Chamber Music Guild brings individuals together into a community with a passion for learning and playing chamber music. A nonprofit organization based in the Pacific Northwest formerly known as Chamber Music Madness, Chamber Music Guild provides exceptional chamber music education programs for youth and adult amateur players. Led by Artistic Director Skyros Quartet, Chamber Music Guild offers innovative and exciting programs – which are all about inspiring participants and making musicians for life.

Come see Skyros Quartet perform in our final Masterworks Concert Series of the season on May 9th at 2:00pm at the Chamber Music Guild Hub. The program will feature the newly commissioned string quartet by CMG “Boys in the Boat” by Peter Colclasure. Also on the program is Joseph Haydn’s String Quartet Op.20 No.2 “Sun”, which is among the works that earned Haydn the sobriquet “the father of the string quartet”. These Op.20 quartets are considered a milestone in the history of composition; in them, Haydn develops compositional techniques that were to define the medium for the next 200 years.
We will also present a wonderful one movement work by Imogen Holst, daughter of Gustave Holst, which is evocative and beautifully lyrical, and a new collection of three pieces by our very own Brandon Vance! Find tickets through the link in our bio.
