Carol's first externship day was full of surprises 👀🦷

She prepped trays, did sterilization, performed prophy cleanings, and took full mouth and panoramic X-rays — ALL on day one.

But the thing that surprised her most? Paper charting is still used, so she didn't have to manually enter any digital codes or treatments. The manager handles all of that!

That's what real dental training looks like. 💪
