For a long time the five elements and their transformative powers have fascinated me. To help my students and now all of you to more fully internalize the essence of each, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, I composed a guided visualization for each element. Accompanied by beautiful music, they are professionally recorded. Each element speaks to a deeper aspect of you personally and will help you move beyond your issues, concerning prosperity, personal growth, love, career, etc. To get you started the CD also contains the heart-opening meditation, many of you know from my classes.
