Connect - The session starts with everyone sitting around the table and connecting over a cup of ginger chai and munchies. As folks sip their chai, Shirin familiarizes everyone with the dishes they will be cooking and answers any questions they may have. You get to pick the dish/dishes that jump out at you and choose what you would like to make. Create - By yourself or with a partner, you do the prep and then start cooking. You are responsible for your dish from start to end! Celebrate - Once all the dishes are made, everyone eats a meal together, enjoying all their delicious creations! When it's time to go home, you take back with you, a spice box containing all the spices you will need to make the dishes you learn in your class, including some of Shirin's own homemade spice blends. Check out the upcoming classes (events) and pick one (or more!) that calls out to you. If you would like a weeknight or weekend class, get a group of friends together and invite Shirin to come teach in your kitchen! Cost - $55 per class, 4 hour session. Cash or Check accepted.
